For-profit CMO's may be considered Independent School Bus Contractors - In business for 5 years - Minimum fleet size of 35 buses or $50,000 in premium - Wheelchair accessible units should be less than 25% of the total bus fleet count - Fleet consists of a majority of school buses. Vans are acceptable, but should not make up the majority of the fleet - Operating in rural or suburban communities under 100,000 in population and at least 20 miles outside of a major city (major city is defined by any city with a population over 250,00). - Consists of very limited non-school transportation. No more than 15% non-school bus operations (including charter operations). Operations including limousines, taxis, motor coach charters, medical and para-transits should be incidental to the transport of school students - Limited number of drivers over the age of 65 and under 23 - Maximum of 300 power units. **K-12 Public School Systems and Community/Junior College Institutions** Coverage available countrywide, except: AK, DE, HI, IL, KY, MS, NY, TX and WV Limited coverage is available in: AR, FL, IA, KS, LA, MO, NE, NC, OK and PA Casualty only: FL, KS and OK **Private and Select Religious Schools (without dormitories)** Coverage available countrywide, except: AK, HI, KY and OK **Charter Schools (without dormitories)** Coverage available countrywide, except: AK, HI, IA, KS, KY, MT, ND, NE, OK, SD, VA, VT and WV **Independent School Bus Contractors** Countrywide, except: AK, HI, KS and OK ## APPETITE GUIDE ## MUNICIPALITIES & WATER Water and Wastewater Entities - We encourage submissions for water and wastewater entities, given that: - The entity treats, stores or distributes water, - The entity treats wastewater, or - Water-related operations are generally the primary operation of the entity.
